SUNDAY AT THE FORUM LOCATION: Great Hall TIME: 10:05 am
Sunday, September 24, 2017 Our iconic dome has been magnificently restored! Please join us for a very special Forum with Project Manager Chris Norfleet of Séamus Henchy & Associates, to learn how they executed this complicated work -- finishing on time and on budget. After 14 months behind scaffolding, a crown jewel of midtown has been revealed once again with a brilliant regilded cross, 6,400 new terra cotta tiles restoring the dome’s original bright coloration, and multiple layers of waterproofing and additional stability measures to protect the dome for many years to come.
ARCHIVE: We invite you to listen to audio recordings of past Forums.
