Centering Prayer

Centering Prayer is a well-recognized method of seeking to still your mind so that you can “listen” and just BE in the present moment. No one can do it perfectly, but your intent to try will bring benefits. Join parishioners from near and far weekly on Friday mornings at 9am as we practice together. We also read and reflect on a “lectio divina.”
You don’t need experience, just a willingness to try.
