Children, Youth, and Family Ministries

Serve the Church

Children’s Chapel Shepherd

Accompany elementary-aged children in children’s chapel during the 11 am sermon. Provide a warm and inviting adult presence and assist the clergy and staff with the program, snack, and supervision.

Youth Confirmation Mentor

Mentors will be assigned a teenage confirmation participant to pray for, meet with three times over the course of the spring, and sponsor at the confirmation ceremony in May. No theological or educational expertise required!

Children, Youth, and Families Steering Team

This group of adults will meet once a month to advise the clergy, help forge connections with families in the congregation, and participate in seasonal campaigns to invite others to church and recruit volunteers for specific events.
