The Very Rev. Michael Battle, Ph.D. spoke to us on "A Christian Spirituality of Restorative Justice.” Dr. Battle is the recently appointed Herbert Thompson Professor of Church and Society and Director of the Desmond Tutu Center at General Theological Seminary. Dr. Battle draws on his extensive academic, pastoral and administrative experience within the Episcopal Church and Anglican Communion. He has authored nine published books, and in his PeaceBattle Institute he works on subjects of diversity, spirituality, prayer, race and reconciliation.
