For the month of May, The Peace Book Club continues its exploration of Jesus and the Disinherited, a classic work about the connection between Christianity and social justice by Howard Thurman, the dean of Marsh Chapel at Boston University who served as a major influence on The Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Please read chapters 3 and 4 ahead of the next discussion on May 16.
