Step off of Park Avenue and into the sanctuary of St. Bart’s for a weeknight yoga class. Cultivate a practice of rest, reorientation, and connection while spending Tuesday evening in our expansive space. This is an open-level opportunity. You don’t need prior yoga training to participate, but if you’re a more experienced visitor, our instructor can offer modifications and personalized guidance.
Instruction takes place every Tuesday night from 6 pm to 7 pm. You’ll find us at 325 Park Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets. We also have a wheelchair-accessible entrance on 109 E 50th Street. There’s a place for everyone here. Find your space to pause, to breathe, to be.
