Make St. Bart's Your Family's Place!

This year we are asking all children, youth, and families to register for the program year.  Use this universal form to sign up for St. Bart's kids and youth programs, generally as well as to indicate interest in specific programs, such as Nursery, Choristers, Kids' Club, Kids' Church, Youth at the Center, and Acolytes. This form will allow us to get to know you and your family and to communicate effectively with you throughout the year.
